Tortola, BVI's - Any Day Departures
|
Tortola is the largest island and the starting point of your bareboat charter, with its powdery white sands, lush green mountains and a sheltered harbour. The island offers an array of shops selling everything from local spices, jams and rums to handcrafted jewellery, silk-screened fabrics and local art.
Sail amongst a chain of sixty islands whose names; Fat Hogs Bay, Treasure Point and Round Rock Passage, to name a few, reflect a colourful past and stretch from Great Tobago to Necker, 30 miles to the east. Enjoy the consistency of the Caribbean winds; visit the scalloped coves and an endless variety of good anchorages. Take a stroll along the unique palm-fringed beaches, most of which are only accessible by boat and explore the translucent waters that teem with exotic marine life and stunning coral reefs.
Priced in US Dollars, on a yacht only, per week basis. Discounts & Sterling prices quoted on request.

Travel Information – Tortola, BVI’s As prices and availability change on a daily basis it is best that you option the yacht/catamaran of your choice and research/purchase flights direct from the airline. British Airways & Virgin Atlantic offer flights to Antigua (approx 8 hours) and Liat Airlines offer a short onward flight to Beef Island. The transfer time to the base at Tortola is 30-40 minutes. The charterer is responsible for ensuring that the appropriate PASSPORTS and VISAS required by the US authorities are acquired prior to departure. All the above yachts/catamarans are for cruising in the British Virgin Islands only. However it is possible for charterers to visit the US territories. This MUST be pre-arranged at the time of booking.
